Changes & Cancellations

• To modify or cancel your order, please send an email to info@theoutfitstory.com within 3 hours of placing your order. 
• Orders begin processing after this window, so any requests beyond this timeframe will require following the return procedure.

Returns

• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused, tagged items. 
• No Return policy for Tote bags

Refund

• Refunds or replacements for defective/damaged items requested within 5 days.
