We offer Free Shipping. Our delivery process is split into two stages:

• Processing time: This involves order verification, quality check, and packaging. Orders are forwarded to the dispatch center within 24 hours after placement. 
• Shipping time: This phase is the duration it takes for items to be shipped from our dispatch center to your doorstep, typically about 5-8 business days.

• Machine wash, Wash in cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Do not Iron directly or Scrub on print
• Do not bleach or tumble dry 

Tracking

Email/SMS notification with tracking info sent within 2-3 business days.

Changes & Cancellations

• To modify or cancel your order, please send an email to info@theoutfitstory.com within 3 hours of placing your order. 
• Orders begin processing after this window, so any requests beyond this timeframe will require following the return procedure.

Returns

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused, tagged items. 
• Refunds to original payment method, excluding shipping/COD charges. 
• Size exchanges free

Refund
